The Outside pool/ plunge pool were great the staff are always friendly and smiling couldn’t fault this trip made my stay very enjoyable
I enjoyed everything! From the security as you walk in what makes you feel safe every night to the beautiful outdoor pool and swim up bar. I definitely would stay here again

Amazing hotel in the heart of Kuta
The staff, they were very friendly and polite. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Definitely made the stay extra special. The pool, restaurant (buffet breakfast was to notch) and gym were also amazing. Very clean and well kept hotel!
The bathroom configuration was a bit weird. Especially going with a friend meant it was hard to have privacy, but managed. Not a deal breaker though.
